The Contest is being conducted on behalf of Perfetti Van Melle India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘PVM India’) having its corporate office at 1stFloor, Tower A, Global Business Park, MG Road, Gurugram – 122002 (Haryana) by Grapes Digital Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Agency’), being the digital agency having its office at 261, 1st and 2nd Floor, Lane No. 5, Westend Marg, Saidulajab- Saket, New Delhi - 110030.

1. Before participating in the contest all the Participants are required to read the terms and conditions given here.

2. Contest Duration: The Contest shall commence from 6th December 2018 at 1:30 PM and conclude at 1:30 PM on 20th January (hereinafter referred to as ‘Term’). The entries will be accepted only if they are submitted between START TIMEand END TIME, DATE OF CONTEST.

3. Eligibility: (i) The Employees, agents, associates, business partners, promoters of PVM India and its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Contest(s) are not eligible to participate (ii) Participants on Facebook must be a registered user and be following the page of Happydent India (@happydentindia) on Facebook.

4. Prizes: Happydent India may announce up to 500 winners from among posts that use the #SparklingSmile AR filter that appear on Facebook during the Contest Duration. Each winner to whom PVM India awards a prize will get one Amazon voucher worth Rs.1000/-. Each participant can submit as many entries as he/she wants, but no participant shall be eligible to receive more than 1 (one) prize. PVM India or Agency will deliver the prizes no sooner than the 40thday after the announcement of the results. Happydent India reserves the right to change the Prizes/value of the Prizes, without providing any prior notice to the Participants.

6. The tentative dates and timingsfor declaration of prize winner(s) are as per below schedule:

2nd set of winners in the 2nd week (29th Jan. to 5th Feb. 2018)
